The Facehugger Dress was inspired by the iconic creatures known as ‘facehuggers’ from Alien (1979). Taking silhouette and fabric inspiration from the pinnacle of ‘perfect femininity’ - Chanel tweed skirt suits and utilising the placement of cut outs and seam lines to reference female reproductive organs, The Facehugger Dress exemplifies the perfect alien housewife.
